I hate having to send things back, so narrowed my search for the best leash for my two dogs. I watched the videos of each leash and narrowed it down to 3, I picked the affordable one yet not the cheapest that was on my list. I finally decided on this leash still expecting to have to send it back but NO its perfect for my dogs. It gives them plenty of spacing and surprisingly tough and made to last. I am happy I picked the right one without the worry for my dogs safety. "Its tough and the safety of my dogs are all I care about. No more tangled leashes or worry that the retractables I was using would break. I Love it! :)I used to wrestle two of the retractable leash things with the clunky handles and I would literally get wrapped up by my two chihuahuas going two different directions.Now, I can loop the handle of this leash on my arm, and hold the leash at whatever length I need and it’s made my life so much easier that my dogs go on more walks than ever. I used to get beyond frustrated getting tangled up and now it’s a breeze!My only negative is it’s a little chunky and long for chihuahuas but it works wonderfully if I loop it on the wrist and hold the leash somewhere in the middle.I have a Min-Pin and a Standard Poodle. I was hesitant about ordering this because of their height difference but it has worked out SUPER! In fact, my sister and one of my friends ordered this leash for their dogs after they saw how well mine worked!One side of the bungee inside the double leash has snapped. The nylon case is just a regular leash now. The Hooks are cheap pot metal. Using carabiners instead so the dogs won't get loose when they'll break. The plastic covers on the handle attachment point came loose fairly easily. I tried this brand because the original one I had used for a couple of years to walk multiple dogs was frayed and needed to be replaced but hasn't been in stock. Dont recommend this one.The dogs seem happier too. They don’t step over the leash and get crossed up like they did with two leashes. This thing is well made too. The shock absorber idea works. They pull on each other and not on me!My dogs were constantly getting tangled and this helps. Very well made!Great price! My 2 dogs quickly got used to walking together! No tangles, so much safer than 2 leashes!!Have not used it yet. It feels well made and sturdy enough to hold onto my medium sized dogs.
