It was clear that they cared about their customer service.Original review:I had a similar type of unit that I had gotten through Vine. It seemed to work really well, so I thought this one would be similar. Well, it is.. kinda.When we first got it, I filled it with water and tried it out. It would drip whenever I pushed the button to release the water into the trough. My husband looked at it and noticed there was a very slight mismatch at the seam in the lid. You would think the included plastic gasket would have prevented any leakage, but it didn't.After my husband 'filed' down the area and put the gasket back in, it works fine! The photo was taken after my husband worked on it.I do like that it has a container to hold doggie bags (a roll is included in the set). I've seen others that have an attached area for snacks or food. This one has a doggie bag feature instead. And, that the water trough is long enough for even large snouts.I marked down this item because it shouldn't need any type of modification in order to get it to work.The Ebanton portable water dispenser is a great way to make sure your dog stays hydrated while you are out and about.The main portion of the device is a reservoir that holds just over a cup of water. A trough is attached on a hinge that locks into place, and a button push allows the water to flow from the reservoir to the trough. Conveniently, it also allows you to put excess water your dog didn't drink back into the reservoir; just be prepared for a bit of water to be left over when you fold the trough back.The poop bag dispenser is a nice touch and attaches securely to the bottom of the reservoir. It comes in three parts: the main shell, a small rod inside to fit your poop bag roll over, and a lid that snaps on to this piece and then twist-locks onto the reservoir via a slotted hole in the middle. I was concerned that this would be a weak point but do far it's held up. My one (small) gripe is that, depending on the bags you use, it can be a pain to thread them through the slot.There is a free roll of bags included, but I would not recommend them as they tear incredibly easily. My AmazonBasics poop bags fit in just fine.Finally, there is an included wrist strap that attaches to the dispenser body.I should point out that 11 oz is not really a lot. My older dachshund can easily drink that much over a few hours of minimal activity, so larger dogs will only get a little bit out of this without refills, especially if you're hiking or something like that. Any larger capacity would make this much less portable, however, so I think it's a decent tradeoff.This is a perfect water bottle for hiking. It’s lightweight and very easy to use. The cup tips out easily and you press a button to fill the cup. The bag holder is especially nice.The first water bottle that my puppy likes. Wish it was a bit bigger
